Application Dates For Admission At UNISA 2026-2027

Applications for the academic year 2025 study season will be open by the following dates:

  • Applications for admission to undergraduate qualifications for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
  • Applications for admission to honors degrees and postgraduate diplomas for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
  • Applications for admission to master’s and doctoral degrees for the 2025 academic year will be open from September 2 to November 22, 2024 (with some exceptions).
  • Application and registration for Unisa’s Short Learning Programmes are open from 14 May to 19 July.

Who Can Apply To UNISA For 2026-2027

  • Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate)
