Below are the application dates for applying for the second semester at Unisa:

Selected undergraduate qualifications i.e. higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, PGCE Application, BTech & degrees): 6 – 13 May.
Selected honors degrees & postgraduate diplomas: 6 – 13 May.
Semester 2 registrations for Short Learning Programmes are open from 22 May to 28 July.

Supporting Documents To Apply for Admission At UNISA 2025-2026

Please, Unisa will not accept any document submitted after the closing date for the applications in 2025-2026.

Required documents to be uploaded during your application process:

A copy of your school qualifications (Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate)
A copy of your official tertiary academic records if recommend. Be reminded that there will be no internet copies.
The copies of your ID documents, i.e. RSA Students ID, Passport (international students)
A copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree if recommended.
A sworn translation of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans
