The University of South Africa (UNISA) is one of Africa’s largest and most prominent institutions, providing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to students from all over the world. As an academic institution dedicated to academic success, UNISA lays a strong focus on assessing and evaluating student performance through exams. UNISA strives to provide exam results as soon as possible when they are completed. Students can view their results via the myUnisa website or, if they have chosen for this option, by SMS notification.

Exam Results Unisa Released Dates
Below are exam released dates at UNISA;

January / February 2024 9 March 2024
May / June 2024 21 July 2024
October / November 2024 22 December 2024
NB:
- Final examination result letters will be printed and mailed to learners on the dates above.
- Final examination results will be released as they become available on myUnisa.
- No results will be released to a candidate before he / she has returned all books borrowed from the University Library and settled any outstanding fees.
- No results will be given through telephone by academic or administrative members of staff.
- No timetables for supplementary exams will be made available if fees or Library books are owed.

Where Can I Find My Results At UNISA?
Exam results are made available on platforms below:
- E-mail: Register on myUnisa and indicate that you would like to receive your results via e-mail.
- Posted: Hard copies of examination results are mailed to each candidate after the official date of release/printing.
Take Note;
Kindly note that confirmation of completion of programs for learners who wrote examinations in
- January / February 2024 will be made available as from the end of April.
- May / June 2024 will be made available as from the end of August.
- October / November 2024 will be made available as from the end of January.
