Unisa Bloemfontein Campus 2025 2026:
Unisa Bloemfontein is a major campus of the University of South Africa (Unisa) that supports a culture of academic quality, research, and innovation. Everyone wanting to start a new qualification must apply for admission including first-time Unisa applicants and Unisa students changing to a new qualification and/or specialization can apply for both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications at the Bloemfontein campus of Unisa from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
Before applying, applicants are to check if they meet the statutory and campus-specific admission requirements and the required academic points score (APS) for their chosen qualification(s). The minimum APS score differs from college to college, and from qualification to qualification. Please refer to each qualification for the admission requirements.

For the academic year 2025-2026, the Bloemfontein campus of Unisa wil be accepting applications by the below dates:
Unisa Bloemfontein Application Date For Undergraduate Qualifications 2025:
- Applications for admission to undergraduate qualifications for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
Unisa Bloemfontein Application Date For Honours degrees & postgraduate diplomas 2025:
- Applications for admission to honors degrees and postgraduate diplomas for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
Unisa Bloemfontein Application Date For Masters & Doctoral Qualifications Diplomas 2025:
- Applications for admission to master’s and doctoral degrees for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 2 September to 22 November 2024 (some exceptions apply).
Unisa Bloemfontein Application Date For Short Learning Programmes Diplomas 2025:
- Application and registration for Unisa’s Short Learning Programmes are open from 14 May to 19 July 2024.
Unisa Bloemfontein Application Admission Requirements 2025-2026
All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:
- Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate)
- Copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted)
- Copy of your ID document (RSA students) or ID/passport (international students)
- Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree (if applicable)
- Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans

- Applicants enrolling for a qualification at the Bloemfontein campus of Unisa must pay an application fee of R140. (Pay the application fee once you have received a student number from Unisa)

Register for a myUnisa Account:

Submit Your Application:
- Complete and submit the online application form via your myUnisa account.
- Upload all required supporting documents (e.g., ID/passport, academic transcripts, certificates, etc.).
Pay the Application Fee
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of R140.00.
- Ensure payment is made within the specified deadline to avoid delays in your application processing.
Wait for the Outcome:
- Track the progress of your application through your myUnisa account. If accepted, you will receive further instructions on how to register and enroll in your selected courses.
