- If you send an email to a Unisa email address, include your student number in the subject line to ensure that it is sent to an adviser for processing.
- Please carefully review the list and send inquiries to just one e-mail address. This ensures that there is no doubt about who must answer, eliminating excessive delays in the response or the email being misinterpreted as spam.
- Students should only contact the Registrar and Deputy Registrar if their questions have not been handled at higher levels.

Unisa Registration Process For 2025
If you want to register for any of the programs/certificates at the Sunnyside Campus in Pretoria, please follow this procedure:
- Visit the Centre’s registration booth at Hall B (counter 7) in the Eskia Mphahlele Building.
- Further instructions will be provided at the counter.
- Online registrations for short learning programs are currently unavailable.
