Accepting your offer at UNISA is a basic procedure. When you get the offer letter, carefully check all of the facts it contains, including the program you have been accepted into, the semester start date, any special criteria or restrictions, and other pertinent information.
What Happens Once You Have Applied To Unisa
- Unisa will inform applicants of the outcome of their application. If your application is successful, Unisa will indicate for which qualification you are being offered a space.
- You must accept Unisa’s offer within the prescribed period. If you fail to do so, Unisa will withdraw the offer and give your space to another applicant.

How Do I Accept Unisa’s Offer
Unisa will assess your application, including the points system. You may be given a space for the 2025 academic year if you meet the academic admission requirements for your qualification of choice, have a minimum academic points score (APS), and there are spaces available for the qualification for which you have applied. To accept your UNISA offer,
- Go to www.unisa.ac.za/acceptoffer
- Click on “Offer”
- Make your selection (undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral and master’s)
- Upload your documents
- Pay the applicable application fee
- Check your application status
- Accept your offer
