At the time of registration, it is the student’s duty to ensure that the exams for which they register do not interfere with any religious responsibilities that might take place during the year.
Students in foreign countries must ensure that any public holidays in their particular country do not overlap with the test dates. If the student is unable to write / sit for an exam due to a public holiday, if he or she passes, the student must apply to have the exam postponed. These students are also subject to that country’s laws and regulations. Unisa cannot be held responsible for any missed exams arising from the above-mentioned examinations.
