Founded in 2001, TSC came out from the consolidation of three former Technical Colleges: Atteridgeville, Centurion and Pretoria West (as reported in Notice 7311, Gazette No 240 of December 2001). Again, in 20062, TSC enlarged its campuses with the acquisition of the Odi Campus from Orbit TVET College, following the rezoning of provincial boundaries.
