My NSFAS Status At Unisa 2025-2026
How to Track My NSFAS Status at Unisa for 2025-2026:
Do you wish to study at the University of South Africa (UNISA) but come from a family with an income of R350 000 or less then apply for Nsfas. The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) is a government student financial aid program that assists students who want to continue their tertiary education but do not have the financial means to do so.
The online application portal for Nsfas will be open for the 2025-2026 academic year from September 2024 and the application window will be closing by the 31st of January 2025. All Unisa students who would like to apply for the Nsfas funds are to do so before the given deadline.
Unis in collaboration with Nsfas allows applicants to track the progress of their application. Applicants are to note that, Nsfas receives a lot of applications each academic year, therefore it takes a while to get feedback from them as to whether your application was accepted or not. However, eager applicants can track their applications to know the status of their application.
