Before you log in to the Unisa portal, you must first be a student and you must have a student number. You must claim your Myunisa. To claim your my Unisa,

Visit the official website of Unisa
Enter your student number in the provided space
Click on “Claim UNISA Login” on the website homepage.
Enter Your student number and Click on “Continue”
Create your new password
Log in to claim your “MY Unisa”.

What to do if your password is not active on myLife / O365?

It may be necessary to reset your myUnisa password to synchronize it with your myLife mailbox.

Login to myUnisa and click on “My Admin”.
Click on the “Change Password” link.
Complete the form to update your password. Please note that this new password will be active for both your myUnisa and myLife services.
