Payments will be allocated within two (2) to ten (10) working days to the study fees account, provided that all the information on the deposit slip is correct.

• All fees must be paid into the Unisa official bank account with the correct reference number for the university to process your registration before the relevant closing date.

UNISA Payment Methods And Details 2025-2026

Unisa offers a variety of different payment methods for the convenience of their clients. The following information shows the various ways to pay fees, payment methods as well as refunds plus other information.

• Debit cards: Payments using debit cards are accepted if payment is made at any Unisa Regional office.
• Credit cards: Credit cards are limited to Visa and Mastercard only. Payments made with credit cards are accepted if payment is made at Unisa in Sunnyside/Florida or any of the regional offices.

Refunds At UNISA 2025-2026

• For refunds, request a writing form and sign. Download the refund form PDF to request a refund. No refunds for credit balances less than R1oo. No refund for application fees but for credit balances exceeding the total study fees paid by sponsors or bursaries.

NB:

• No refunds for credit balances less than R100.00 will be allowed.
• Applications and miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.
• As indicated on the refund form, refund requests must be accompanied by the required documentation.
