MyUnisa MyAdmin is a comprehensive online platform meant to improve communication and engagement between the institution and its students. As Africa’s biggest and oldest distance learning school, Unisa saw the significance of creating a strong digital infrastructure to properly serve its huge student population. MyAdmin acts as a centralised centre, allowing students to easily access vital administrative services and academic materials regardless of their geographical location. Myunisa myadmin features the following:

Course Registration: This function allows students to enrol in courses and examine course schedules.
Academic Records: Providing access to grades, transcripts, and academic progress reports.
Financial Management: Allowing students to access and pay fees, review financial statements, and so on.
Communication: Assisting in the receipt of university news, crucial dates, and updates.
Library Resources: Providing access to a digital library for research and learning resources.
Support and Helpdesk: Provides assistance with technological concerns, academic enquiries, and administrative support.

How To Access Your Mylife E-mail Account

To access your myLife e-mail account, please follow these steps:

Go to the http://mylife.unisa.ac.za/
Enter your full e-mail address (eg xxxxxxxx@mylife.unisa.ac.za) and your password for your myLife e-mail account.
Select “Sign in”.

What to do if your password is not active on myLife

It may be necessary to reset your myUnisa password to synchronise it with your myLife mailbox.

Login to myUnisa and click on “My Admin”.
Click on the “Change Password” link.
Complete the form to update your password. Please note that this new password will be active for both your myUnisa and myLife services.

NB:

Before you may use your myLife e-mail, you must first activate your myUnisa account.
Your myLife e-mail account may take up to 24 hours to be created. After you’ve created your
myLife e-mail account, go to the myUnisa site and click on the myLife e-mail icon. Log in using your myUnisa password and your complete myLife e-mail address.
Unisa recognises only your myLife e-mail account for official correspondence to and from the institution.
