UNISA Masters In Business Administration Admission Requirements

If you are willing to apply to study for an MBA qualification at Unisa for the year 2025, you will need the following documents and requirements to be eligible:

  • A Bachelor’s Honours Degree or a Postgraduate Diploma, with a minimum of 120 credits, OR a 480-credit Bachelor’s Degree. Please supply a copy of your transcript, indicating the symbol or percentage obtained for each module and indicating whether or not the qualification was completed.
  • Original documentary proof of at least three years’ managerial/ professional work experience. This could include a letter from your employer on an official letterhead, indicating your period of service. Alternatively, a certificate of service could be provided. Applicants operating their own business should submit a statement from their auditor, accountant, attorney, or partner.
  • A recent Curriculum Vitae.
  • Supply a clear copy of your Identity Document or Passport. A copy of your driver’s license will NOT be accepted.
  • Once the application is successful, applicants may be required to write an admissions test as part of the selection process. UNISA MBA

  • Application fee: R215 (non-refundable AND in addition to tuition fees) – Not applicable if you have a student number)
  • Tuition fees; are split into acceptance deposit and subsequent payment plan
  • A foreign levy of R3 335 will be charged for students not residing in South Africa

Submit the Application:

  • Review your application to ensure all details are correct.
  • Submit the completed application through the portal.

Monitor Application Status:

  • After submission, monitor your application status on the UNISA portal.
  • You may be required to attend an interview or provide additional information.

Wait for the Admission Decision:

  • Once your application is reviewed, you will receive communication regarding your admission status.
  • If accepted, follow further instructions for registration and enrollment.

Complete Registration and Pay Tuition:
