How To Track My Unisa Application

Tracking your application status is very easy. Here are the steps to take when tracking/verifying your application status:

Phase 1; On the corporate website of Unisa, open the application tool.

Phase 2; Press Status on the page button.

Phase 3; You are to provide your full name, date of birth as well and your student number. In case you do not recall your student number, you can retrieve or recover it by following the steps below:

• Go to myUnisa homepage (https:/my.unisa.ac.za/portal)
• Tap on “Student Number Forgotten” in the navigation bar on the left.

• Unisa can not retrieve your student number for you if you don’t provide the right information.

Phase 4; After filling in your details, click on Continue to proceed.

Please notice that applicants applying for a master’s or doctoral degree may not be able to check the status of their application. Similarly, you can track your Unisa application student using myUnisa portal. To track your Unisa application status using myUnisa portal, then follow the following steps:

1. Go to myUnisa homepage (https:/my.unisa.ac.za/portal)
2. Enter your Unisa Logins to log into myUnisa portal. If you haven’t claimed your Unisa logins, then on myUnisa homepage click on “claim Unisa logins. Now the instructions are provided to claim your logins.
3. After logging in, search for student status and tap on it.
4. Enter your student number, date of birth as well as your surname and first name.
5. Click on Continue to track your application status.
