Simplify Your University Experience with My Unisa MyLife:

The University of South Africa (Unisa) recognizes its importance and, as a result, provides its students with an exclusive communication channel known as MyLife Email. MyLife Email is an official email service supplied to all enrolled University of South Africa students.

This platform, which is powered by Google Workspace (previously G Suite), serves as the primary means of communication between students, instructors, and administrative personnel. Each student receives a unique MyLife email address, that may be accessed from any internet-connected device.

How To Access My Life Email

Students may use their MyLife Email to contact professors, academic advisers, and support personnel, ensuring fast assistance and advice. Unisa MyLife Email is linked with Google Workspace, giving users access to a variety of collaboration applications like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar. These technologies make group projects, document sharing, and seamless communication between students and professors possible. To access your myLife e-mail account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the http://mylife.unisa.ac.za/
2. Enter your full e-mail address (eg xxxxxxxx@mylife.unisa.ac.za) and your password for your myLife e-mail account.
3. Select “Sign in”.

How to Activate MyLife / O365

It may be necessary to reset your myUnisa password to synchronise it with your myLife mailbox.

• Login to myUnisa and click on “My Admin”.
• Click on the “Change Password” link.
• Complete the form to update your password. Please note that this new password will be active for both your myUnisa and myLife services.

NB: During peak periods, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the new password to activate on the myLife service. If you are still experiencing problems after resetting your password, please send an e-mail to MyLifeHelp@unisa.ac.za for assistance.
