UNISA Undergraduate Programmes for the 2026-2027 Academic Year:

Who Is Eligible For UNISA Undergraduate Programmes 2026-2027

Below are the people who qualify to apply for Unisa undergraduate programs:

Anyone starting a new qualification.

Includes first-time UNISA applicants.
Includes current UNISA students changing to a new qualification or specialisation.

If completing a higher certificate and wish to continue with further undergraduate studies.
If you previously applied, were offered a space, but did not accept the offer or register.
Anyone planning to enrol at a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college under the UNISA-TVET agreement.

UNISA Undergraduate Programmes Application Requirements 2026-2027

All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:

Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate)
Copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted)
Copy of your ID document (RSA students) or ID/passport (international students)
Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree (if applicable)
Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans
