After submitting your application to UNISA, it’s important to exercise patience. With a high volume of applications and varying processing times depending on the program and the period of the year, it is important to give the admissions team time to thoroughly assess your submission. To monitor your application’s progress, visit the official UNISA website. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and accesses to a device such as a PC, laptop or smartphone. Follow these steps below to check your UNISA application status:

Step 1: Click on the UNISA website and the Admission > Request Admission Link, from which you will be able to pick and proceed to register, submit applications and upload document for undergraduate students or postgraduate applicants. The following is available to you.

Step 2: Registration, it will guide you to the UNISA online application tool after clicking on the link above, form where you can fill in all the required details, if you first apply, then first registration is mandatory, first applicants are applicants who did not have UNISA online application systems before, and no accounts to allow them to log in to

Step 3: Registration;
Your name, email address, password, program type and certification method are all included in the information required during the registration stage.

Step 4: Paperwork to support; all applicants for a new qualification must present necessary documentation(all applicants for the first time and Unisa students who start a new qualification).

Step 5: The date on which the necessary documents are to be uploaded is the application closing date. The applications would not be approved if documents is submitted after the closing date.
